Atlas Jewelry ships worldwide from our workshop in Beni Mellal, Morocco.

### Processing Time

- **Standard pieces (in stock):** Shipped within 5–7 business days.
- **Custom orders:** 30–45 business days for production, depending on complexity. You will receive a timeline with your design mockup before production begins.

All international shipments are sent via tracked and insured courier service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

### Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.

### Lost or Damaged Shipments

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
