Shipping policy
Maison Assam ships from our workshop in Beni Mellal, Morocco, to the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom. We can also ship to many other countries. If you live outside these regions, please email us before you order.
Made to order
- Every piece is made for you after you order.
- Making time: 10–15 working days.
- Custom designs: we confirm the making time with your quote. It starts after you approve the design.
Delivery
- We ship with Aramex express. Every parcel is tracked and insured.
- Delivery after we ship: about 10–15 working days to the USA, Europe and the UK. This is an estimate. Customs checks can add a few days.
- We ship within 15 working days after we receive your payment. From order to delivery, plan for about 4 to 6 weeks.
- If we cannot ship on time, we email you a new date. You can accept it, or cancel and get a full refund within 7 working days.
- When your piece ships, we email you the tracking number.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price of every piece. You pay no extra shipping at checkout.
Import duties and taxes

The courier may add a handling fee. Customs duty on jewelry made in Morocco is usually 0% under the EU–Morocco trade agreement. |
| United Kingdom | Paid by you on delivery. 20% import VAT, plus a courier handling fee. Customs duty on jewelry made in Morocco is usually 0% under the UK–Morocco trade agreement. |
| Other countries | Paid by you on delivery, according to your country's rules. |

Lost or damaged parcels
All parcels are insured. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (damaged parcel) or of the expected delivery date (lost parcel). We will make a new piece and send it, or refund you in full.
