Most pieces take 2–4 weeks from design approval to shipment. Rush orders may be possible depending on complexity — mention your deadline in the form and we'll let you know.
After full payment is confirmed, we create a detailed 3D design mockup so you can see exactly what your piece will look like before production begins. If you have any remarks or changes, we revise it until you are completely satisfied — only then do we start crafting.
Full payment (100%) is required before we begin work. This allows us to source the finest materials and dedicate our full attention to your piece from day one. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and local Moroccan payment methods.
